Slices of artichoke in sunflower oil without staining purple or unwanted oxidations. European or Egyptian origins. It’s a product with a mild flavour without notes of vinegar; even after heating in the oven, it does not release water. It is suitable for professional use for the garnishing of pizzas and focaccias or for the preparation of recipes in the kitchen.
