Description
Produced with wild mushrooms (Lactarius, Amanita Caesarea, Hydnum repandum, Boletus Edulis, Boletus Luteus), this mix has a strong flavour and an intense aroma. Seasoned with sunflower oil, parsely, onion and garlic. Sterilized in an autoclave. For professional use, it can be used as a topping for pizzas or as a base for the preparation or recipes in the kitchen.
