Salty cake with grilled zucchini, eggplants and yellow and red peppers

Dose for one salty cake (cake mold with 26-28 cm diameter)

Cook time: about 25 mins

Ingredients
  • 1 round puff pastry roll
  • 160 g diced provola cheese
  • 400 g drained grilled eggplants
  • 400 g drained grilled zucchini
  • 400 g drained grilled yellow and red peppers
  • Chopped fresh basil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Instructions

Turn on the oven on 200 degrees
Chop the grilled peppers, eggplants and zucchini. Add the chopped fresh basil and the diced provola cheese.
Open the puff pastry roll and put in the centre of the cake mold, with the baking paper.
Riddle the pastry roll, add the ingredients and bake at 200°C for about 25 mins.
Wait for few minutes before serving.
